(UPDATE) Need Help to make a REAL Muzzle Flash by using Particles

Hello, my name is Andy and I’m making a film and I need your guys help.
So I’m trying to make a muzzle flash for weapons that I’m Using

Here’s an example, what I’m talking about

7c31d8f7ee38fa361c2367e9c31fcc6c

What are you seeing on a screen is a REAL Handgun Muzzle Flash, and with some little tiny particles and some smoke. usually in real life when you shoot a gun all you see is nothing just smoke coming out the barrel.

Now, when I looked up muzzle flashes on Roblox studio, it’s actually fine but it’s not that realistic.

What can I do to make a REAL Muzzle Flash?

With just particles, I don’t think an effect like that is possible. Everything would have to be timed and enabled and back again disabled through a script. You can have the first exploding orange/white effect come out, and then a smoke particle emitter enable right after, disable, while also having that fade effect. Plus, by only using particles, something like that would be really hard to achieve.

Welcome, if you have any other problems, go ahead and ask :slightly_smiling_face:

Actually, I have a another question?

What are some decal/textures for the muzzle flash and the smoke particle?

You can search them up in the library, make and upload your own, hire someone, or take one off google. I can’t really give any examples as it’s your opinion on choosing what looks best.

Use flipbook particles, here’s a link to convert that Gif into a flipbook compatible sprite.

Select the amount of columns that Roblox allows, e.g. 4 or 8.
