Update the redirect link for Event Organizer Application

For this DevHub page: Event Organizers | Documentation - Roblox Creator Hub

It links to https://www.bevyhq.com/ which is no longer in use*, https://www.bevy.com should be used instead. To avoid confusion, the latest official domain should be used.

* Or otherwise go out of use in such a way that the SSL cert fails, and it's just a redirect

For whatever reason, this issue was resolved but had no official engineer feedback.
