Greetings, I have created this updated Rank information page to clarify what is expected of the new positions within J2m.

Manager
Managers host events. (Minigames, runway shows etc.) They are permitted to assist the Chief of Departments’ if asked. Through assisting the Chief of Departments, they are learning the administrative side of the company which prepares them for future promotions. -
Assistant Manager
Assists the Managers when they are hosting an event. Assistant Managers can only ever Co-Host events unless the Host of an event has to leave mid-session. - As an Assistant Manager they are continuing to learn how to fulfil their duties to a higher standard which can then lead to them becoming a Manager in the future. -
Intern
As an Intern, they are learning how to fulfil their duties correctly by participating in events and occasionally holding an event when they feel comfortable enough under the supervision of a Manager+.

Chief Staff Officer
Handles staffing. They are permitted to open up applications when necessary and with permission to do so from their Department Director. Additionally, they handle any staffing related issues under the supervision of their Director. -
Chief Relations Officer
Handles public relations and affiliates. More information coming soon. -
Chief Administrative Officer
Handles anything on the administrative side of the company. This includes (but not limited to) complaints and other forms. -
Chief Operating Officer
Handles group operations below COO. They ensure staff are maintaining standards and oversee the handling of forms. They are able to assist the Board of Directors if asked. -
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is a team of Directors that oversee different departments within J2m. Each Director reports to the CEO regarding their department at the end of each week. -
CEO
The CEO reports to the President & Vice President. The CEO is considered as an Executive Director Overseer as that individual oversees the Board of Directors and other group functions.
