I like the new one! It looks exactly like the hallways of a storage unit I used to go to. Really brings back some memories.
It also looks less like a haunted run down hallway.

Not just the lighting, the brighter colors in general! There’s also all the pipes and stuff at the top to embed this thought of “Oh, this place still is active” because the use of mechanics and such are showing us that people still use it.

What else can I add to make it look more used?
The colors will appear changed because they can be seen more clearly in the light, so, idk if that counts or not…
I don’t really know what else you could do to make it look more used, but I noticed the metal waffle pattern up at the middle of the roof being square looks odd and doesn’t really fit with everything else near it being rounded.

Just because it’s almost halloween doesn’t mean everything has to be based off halloween. This build is entirely separate from the holiday itself. I think

If you going for used you could have the lights flicker and sparks come out at random times.
