Updating the Group Recurring Payout roll does not save

Reproduction Steps

1. Open Configure Group
2. Go to the Revenue tab, then go to Recurring Payout
3. Add a new Payout Recipient, change the Robux amount of any Payout Recipient, or remove a Payout Recipient
4. Click the save button.

Expected Behavior
Upon clicking Save, it is supposed to save any changes I made to the Recurring Payout roll. However, no changes are saved. There should have also been a prompt indicating that such changes to the Recurring Payout roll are saved. No such prompt appears.

And upon checking the Edge console log, clicking the Save button actually returns a 403 error (see screenshots below)

Workaround
I could not find any workaround for this, other than using One-Time Payouts for the meantime.
