I have Premium 450 and I want to list a UGC item for sale, but I need Premium 1000 or 2200, but it doesn’t let me upgrade during my current subscription. What can I do?
You can’t, You will need to cancel your current premium subscription and then subscribe to the other premium subscription once your current premium subscription ends.
