Roblox is saying “Upload failed. Did you use the template?” when I did use the template
This was the image I was uploading (guys btw please don’t use this design I spent an hour making this design and I don’t want anyone to copy it)
Afaik Roblox only accepts shirts in the resolution 585x559 and yours is way above that limit
Try downscaling it and try again
I’d suggest you rewrite the text after as downscaling as it might make the text unreadable
Which template are you using? You can only use the one that Roblox offers online, and you have to make sure you use a platform that doesn’t reformat the size of the image.
I am using the original Roblox template
Just checked, and your image is 6279 X 6000.
Use a website to resize the image to 585 X 559.
Where did you find your template? Make sure you actually got it from Roblox documentation, and that your image-editing software allows you to download in the original scale.
Use a photo editor and create a canvas that is 585x559. Then, paste your template into the cavas and scale down your image until it fits. Then try exporting to Roblox again.
This sometimes happens for many reasons. It might be because of the size of the image itself that you’re editing.
