That error sometimes appears if the filter decides the file name is inappropriate—the names are obviously innocuous enough in this case, but try renaming them to something completely different and see if they make it through

Okay you didn’t really show me anymore information but here is what I can say:

1: Roblox sometimes has stupid moderation therefor it may be the name.

  1. I don’t know if its like this for decals but sometimes when I’m uploading to many animations it would say the same thing so maybe wait a tiny bit or delete some of your already published decals and see if that works.

  2. This can also just be an issue on Roblox’s side so if nothing of what I said worked then its probably just a waiting game.
