I’ve tried like 50 times, for about an hour. I know this is probably a bug report, but I’m not allowed into that category, and Roblox doesn’t doesn’t give devs any way to submit bugs without being an elite forum member…

okay this is ridiculous. I waited a whole day and it still isn’t working. I was planning to sponsor my game yesterday and I can’t because I can’t put an icon on it. How does roblox have a bug like this go unnoticed for 24 hours?
Try renaming your file, if that won’t help try changing a single pixel in the image that you are trying to upload, can you also provide what image you are trying to upload?
You can also try simple steps such as re-logging into your account, restarting your browser, or using another browser.
