I tried putting a trailer video on my game multiple times, it kept saying “Error occured” However, I did not realize that it was still taking away my robux.
The last time I tried it, I changed the video title, the upload went through but it says the following
I have attached my purchase logs below this. Sadly I do not have any screenshot on the “Error occurred” part considering I thought roblox services was down yesterday since i saw the status page.

This would greatly assist us with reproducing and debugging the issue. It would be most helpful if the privacy settings for the video allowed us to access it as well. Thank you.
If the upload went through and the content is unable to be displayed, it may be due to moderation or invalid content, such as the video not having embedding support. However if you are attempting to upload a video thumbnail with valid length and content, this issue should not be happening and we will fix it.
