I want to publish the Windows default sound theme from C:\Windows\Media. It’s allowed or not? Can i get banned for this?
I think not I’m pretty sure its allowed because a lot of people uploaded audios from Windows Sounds.

I doubt its allowed.
I’m not a lawyer though so there might be some reason it is allowed but I doubt it.
