how can I get my game back up after its been suspended for almost a month, I fixed the content maturity label on the game and submitted a roblox support ticket but they haven’t responded and its been 3 weeks. im pretty sure after 4 weeks the game cannot be restored. can anyone please help me out?,

If you get left on delivered, you can try sending another message.
You can also check if it shows up here, and if so submit a request there too.
The problem is business days.
Roblox has been busy recently if you really want support I would probably suggest emailing Roblox or calling them.
Hope you get your game back though.

what email should I message? the roblox number said I have to use roblox support
ive submitted multiple messages and sadly nothing yet, also the violation does not appear up in that link
Since Roblox does not want spam emails and because of the ongoing schlep situation things make it even worse. But through digging this is probably the best one.

they really hate emails I guess.
Best you can do is wait. If you haven’t already, have a ticket open on the “Moderation” catagory. Note that having multiplie tickets open about the same concern can delay their response
You filed your appeal before the policy of 30 days so you shouldn’t have a issue. They are able to restore content even if it’s over like 6 months, their policy just prevents it but my guess is that staff can still restore content since you filed the appeal within the time limit
