I’m posting on behalf of a user whose verified group, Fiit Cutz (ID: 33725243), was locked and stolen after their Roblox account was compromised on August 15, 2025. The hacker used confirmed malware to bypass two-factor authentication and even spoofed their IP/device to gain access. Roblox confirmed the compromise, reinstated the account, and terminated the hacker, but the group remains locked.
They submitted a ticket regarding the issue, but it was denied; this case needs to be escalated to a Senior Agent for proper review.
Since then, the user has:
• Removed all malware and secured the account
• Collected before-and-after proof of ownership
• Attached verification documents for the group
• Saved security alerts, logs, and reinstatement emails
All evidence is organized and ready for Trust & Safety review, but they wanted to ask the community: has anyone had a verified group restored after a hack? Any advice on how to get frontline agents to properly escalate the case would be really helpful.
They just want to ensure the group is restored to the rightful owner and that the verification badge is reinstated.
