Usage of the confederate battle flag, is it allowed?

No not the flag itself but when it is on official coat of arms, for example I want to put the Alabaman coat of arms in my game (My game is not about the civil war nor politics, it is set in Alabama though) and the coat of arms does feature the battle flag of northern Virginia, is this against TOS? Should I swap it with something else?

Alright thank you, I’ll look into what some replacements could be, probably just the st patricks saltire which is the current Alabaman flag.
