USD Pay *Map Maker Needed*

Hi my name is Rishi. I am developing a FPS Game. I am looking for a map maker to make a map for my game. Payment is 15 Dollars USD given through paypal. Before you are accepted, I want examples of previous work you have created.

There would be a 5 dollar payment upfront

And when finished another 10 dollar payment.

Map should have a fair amount of attention to detail.
DM me for Details.

No offence, but $15 won’t get you very far for decent maps at least… I would suggest working out some other kind of deal such as giving a certain % as well. Also might help to give some more in depth information as to what the map is, and what you’re requiring of the builder(s).

From the past couple of threads that you’ve made, you haven’t been offering great prices in my honest opinion.

Straight off the bat, I searched in the collaboration thread and found these threads that clearly show the price they’re paying for a map.

Developers here got in because of their development skills, and I wouldn’t think that anyone would want 30$ for a map that 'should have a fair amount of attention to detail.

I agree. Look at similar work and get your prices from there.

Huh, 15$ for a map?

Alot of people dont like it, but I am trying to speed up the date when we release the game.

i don’t think offering an insanely low payment will get maps done quickly

If you want work done quicker, usually you have to offer more payment, not less.

What you are saying here is that you’d rather rush the game and give a lower amount of payment then attempt to gather more and pay your devs a reasonable amount. You have posted a lot of topics about hiring that could be merged into one. Instead of posting how you need all these people seperatly just make a post about all the team members you need and actually explain the game you are trying to hire them for. You cannot ask for someone’s help while they are blind to what they are getting into. There’s also multiple FPS games being made so what would be the point in joining yours if you don’t give an explanation on how yours will be the best and why it’s different from the rest.

If anything you’re slowing it down because nobody here will make maps for such a ridiculous amount of money.

A quote I like to live by is “Cheap labor isn’t skilled, and skilled labor isn’t cheap.”
