[USD / ROBUX (30K +)] Hiring R16 Animator






Hello! We appreciate the time you're taking to read our recruitment post in regards to animation. We're currently a relatively small studio that has produced some of the most infamous assets used for the anime world, and genre games as an entirety, our team has worked on countless projects whether it be for commissions or full time development, and we're looking to take on another individual to help with animations! We currently consist of over 5 developers, with numerous testers, as well as other resources that will be at your disposal.

Over the span of the last few months we’ve all had the honor of creating and planning for a project that will be extraordinary, the project will be non-profit based and suited for individuals who share the same love we do, but don’t let that scare you, we have money set aside for you specifically to ensure you’re paid when the assets are created.

We feel like it's fair to mention that if you're not looking to spend a lot a good amount of time, for a high reward, then this project most likely isn't for you. You as an animator will be tasked with creating numerous animation sets, one weapon, may contain 5-10 sets of 5-10 animations, this means that for a particular weapon you may be tasked with animating up to 100 animations. Now, keep in mind, we're not ridiculous, this is a very particular case, and if at any point you don't feel like you can handle these tasks on your own (but you're willing to show substantial skills and at least attempt) then we can hire another individual to help you out.

If you’re not comfortable with animating a particular animation (such as a katana for example) then we can assign you to another set of animations which you may feel more comfortable with, however if we can’t find anything you’re willing to do, then perhaps it’d be best for you to work elsewhere, references of what will need to be made can be found below.

It is preferred that you animate using an off-site program, such as blender. While this isn’t required it gives us as developments a substantial amount of control, this also means that we will be able to easily modify and make adjustments if needed later on (should you no longer be available). However if you’re proficient with the Roblox Animation Editor or Moon Suite, etc… then please, by all means use what you’re comfortable with.

I know, we’ve made you read a lot, or maybe you’ve just skipped to the juicy stuff… Payment.
Upon completing an asset you will be paid, if you choose to stack your payments to a singular payment then that will be handled on our end to ensure that fraud, and whatnot isn’t occuring.

We as developers know that payment is often times the scariest part of designing a game or assets for other individuals, which is why we will ensure upmost transparency to you, as well as create ways for you to easily track progress, payment, as well as other essentials (This can be done via trello, spreedsheets, etc…)

So. The question you’ve been wondering, how much will I be getting paid? This question honestly varies to you, if you wish to be paid per asset then it will range on how long a particular asset is. Our budget is expandable and relatively large so I wouldn’t see that payment is an isuse, but at the same time don’t want to dodge the question.

An example range of payment for a single animation could be the following.

$2.50 - Sitting Animation
$3.00 - Walking Cycle
$2.50 - Swing Attack

*100 Robux Conversion; ie $2.50 = 250 ROBUX

This seems like a very big and ambitious upcoming project, the UI so far looks spectacular! I hope to see this project progress within the near future.

Just want to say you misspelled the title, there isn’t any R16 character, I think you mean R15.
