Use movie Characters in my game?

Hello developers,

I’m currently making a roblox game similar to Kahoot. And I would also like to add images, for example the one of Gru (from Despicable Me) and then ask who is this? I was wondering if I could just use a photo of a character from a movie?

I found an image of Gru in the toolbox: https://create.roblox.com/store/asset/15695121938/Gru and it is already a year old and has not been deleted yet.

So the bottom line is: can I use movie characters in my game?

Read the movie creator’s terms of usage and private policies. Roblox itself doesn’t care as long as the original creators doesn’t sue them.
