UseFixedSimulation changes HumanoidStateType behavior in water (GettingUp)

Using the new UseFixedSimulation causes annoying issues with HumanoidStateType. When it’s enabled, trying to jump out of terrain water can put the humanoid into the GettingUp state, which didn’t happen before. Because of this, the character often struggles to jump out of the water.

I tested this on an empty baseplate and immediately encountered the issue there as well.

The Getting Up state shouldn’t appear while jumping out of the water, as it causes this jump issue
