User filter in toolbox search not working properly

Reproduction Steps:

  1. Open the toolbox
  2. In the search settings, filter for the user “ROBLOX”, and select it
  3. Note that “ROBLOX” is indeed selected. Click “Search”.
  4. Notice that the first user that showed in the list is being filtered for, instead of the selected user

Expected Behavior:
It is expected that the toolbox will only show items owned by the selected user

Actual Behavior:
The toolbox only shows items owned by the first user in the dropdown list.
