Reproduction Steps
- Purchase any premium membership (I had Premium 450).
- Cancel the membership and wait for it to expire.
- Receive a message and email from Roblox stating that your avatar items are going to be taken off sale.
Note: Current reproduction steps have been determined based off the details in the messages and have not been confirmed. If anyone else has experienced this issue, please state so in the thread.
Expected Behavior
When their premium membership expires, a user who has never uploaded UGC accessories should not receive a message about their avatar items being taken off sale.
Actual Behavior
When their premium membership expires, a user receives messages about their avatar items being taken off sale despite never uploading UGC accessories.
Additional Information
I suspect that this automated message was recently created in preparation for public UGC.
