Username does not match when moderated on support form

Reproduction Steps

  1. Get moderated by Roblox such as a ban and login.
  2. Visit Support - Roblox
  3. Fill out the username of the Roblox account you’ve been banned on.
  4. Complete out the form as normal.
  5. Press submit
  6. See the prompt

Expected Behavior
I expect this message to not occur and to be given the captcha to submit.

Actual Behavior
The prompt that the username does not match despite this being the case.

Workaround
Press send.

That happened to me aswell when i got a warning.

this happened to me as well. But I figured out a way to fix it.
All I did was log out and do the support form. Then it worked.

Can confirm that happened to me.

Do you get an actual email from roblox even after encountering this bug? Because I tried to appeal a ban at least 3 times now, yet I’m still getting no email from roblox.

Yes, I was able to fully appeal after completing the workaround.

Huh, then am I doing something wrong? I’ve been trying to get an email from roblox for at least a full 30 minutes now.

Bump this. I have the same issue for incorrect moderation and it’s pretty detrimental to productivity. I also posted a similar post on the forums. Hoping Roblox can fix this otherwise it’s an infinite loop of doom for anyone who gets incorrectly moderated.
