Alot of people have been complaining that they can’t load into my game. They get stuck on the loading screen for minutes.
Expected behavior
The user should load into the game after no more than 20 seconds.

I think I could solve your problem, but I need you to tell me how you published your game.
Tell me step by step to understand you
I published by clicking the publish to roblox button located in file.
How many players your game has? If it has a low player count like 40, the chances are high of you encountering this issue, but will still happen on large games. (Just saw your game has 5k)
Anyways, I suspect you are having this issue: Ghost Servers Causing Issues
The server is probably dead and Roblox stills tries to place players into that server, which makes them get stuck on that loading screen “forever”. The server with no players doesn’t go away either, unless you manually shut it down.
If your game has a lot of players, and the issue is happening on servers with players; then I would say is something else.
Just wanted to throw this in this post to be considered.
