Players to be able to play the game regularly without being kicked by a moderator.
What is the issue? Include screenshots / videos if possible!
A player got kicked for “Security Timeout: [USERID]”.
What solutions have you tried so far?
I’ve looked on the devforum for help but only this post actually yielded results which made me shutdown the game until I know what’s happening. I’ve also joined on my alt but nothing happened. Even when I tried to replicate what the user did before getting kicked.
There’s no infinite loops happening as I took them all out while going through the place. I checked roblox’s status and it says fine.
“Unless a satellite falls from the sky” is a clear indicator that their connection is probably not stable. Satellite internet is not great for online gaming due to high latency & packet loss. This means that it takes longer for their device to communicate with the game server, and may even miss some communication with the server. This is the most likely cause. If it’s not this, then it’s some major performance issue on the server. I find this unlikely though as you stated that you aren’t able to replicate this.
