Users unable to join experiences due to Parental settings?

I’ve been getting reports of a major outage regarding the Roblox website. Users are unable to join experiences due to their parental settings even though these same players were playing games before with no issue and they haven’t changed their parental settings

Users are also unable to change their parental settings in settings to fix any issues that may be there??

Expected behavior

I expect users to be able to join experiences, they normally can but the last like 20 minutes or so they have been unable to. This is affecting many games across the Roblox platform, but not all.

There’s also a stability issues with like and dislike ratios. This bug also occurs back and forth at times, but however prevents me from playing certain games.

It appears create.roblox.com has been taken into some sort of partial maintenance. Also experiencing a variety of sudden engine bugs on my games that still have live servers.

Yeah my inbox is gone and the notifications on deform keep glitching going from “no notifications detected” to multiple notifications showing up

Also this appears for the majority of games on the site, I think any that involve any sort of PvP aspect is affected, thats why so many random games are still playable.
An example is Natural Distaster Survival still operates correctly.

Also it isn’t kicking players from games. It just stops them from actually joining the experience. This also occurs on the roblox desktop app and website.

The parental controls tab in settings just refuses to work at all.

Not random. It’s simply because most games that aren’t PvP are All Ages, therefore you can play them on any parental settings.
