Using a certain controversial song in the game

I’m working on a game that has a similar loading screen like Hearts of Iron 4 or Victoria 2 and I was thinking of putting background music for the loading screen and I would like to know if I could use the instrumental version of some controversial song like ‘På Vikingtokt’ or ’ Battotai’ because those fit the era of the game that it’s set in (WW2).

Again it will be only instrumental version with no vocal/lyrics and they’re not the main focus of the game, my game is a zombie game set in WW2.

It’s hard to say what the Roblox moderation will do with your asset. I recommend uploading the song on an alternative account to see if it gets taken down or not.
