Using IKControl On Anchored Parts?

Is it possible to make IKControl work on (bypass) Anchored parts?

I am trying to set up a turret using IKControl to follow the player’s mouse. The turret is placed on an A-Chassis vehicle.

However, the problem is that for the Turret to stick onto the vehicle, every part of the turret needs to be anchored, which conflicts with IKControl.

That’s why I’d like to know if it’s possible to make IKControl bypass anchored parts and work regardless. Or if there are other solutions, please let me know.
