I want to find some music off Youtube to use for my game. I’m only gonna use it in the main menu. The description says, “Free for non profit use.” I’m assuming this means I can use it as long as I don’t make the music accessible behind a gamepass. For example, a gamepass that gives more main menu music. If I used this beat, would I get in trouble?

But yes I agree with you on the second part, it was just an example.
so long as you do not use this music as like a main track that plays CONSTANTLY and never changes and just for main menu music you should be fine to use it and have gamepasses
not 100% sure but that’s how its gone for me
