Presence
This bug has been occurring intermittently for a few months now but appears to have become a permanent fixture this last week.
I have been unable to reproduce this bug outside of our development universe, therefore think its potentially related to the number of places or their configuration in our universe. The universes causing this error are linked above in step 1 of the reproduction steps.
Our current workaround is as follows:
When attempting to publish for a second time, click on a different place to trigger the error again.
Then the 3rd attempt to publish to the original place will succeed.
alternatively,
Restarting the studio session and using “Publish to Roblox to” will succeed for the first time. (Subsequent attempts will fail)

It does seem like it’s related to the number of places that are in the game universe. If I am publishing to a game that has more than 1 page of places (for example, over 10 places), it will error after I try doing this a second time. However, it does not error if I’m publishing to a game that has only one or two places.
After publishing to the game with more places, if I attempt to publish to a game with fewer places, it will still error, but then the third attempt will be fixed and work properly with any game.
When publishing to the game with more places, I found that if I scroll down to load more places before actually saving/publishing, then it will not error on the second attempt.
