USM Universal Combat Regulations

This document has been organized and confirmed by members of the Joint Chiefs of Staff in conjunction with Supreme Command to finalize any combat regulations which have been disputed during this group’s existence. Note: These regulations only apply to Monte Baldo.

The following are basic rules that are already enforced, but are being listed in order to clarify their existence, the following rules which are mentioned are not allowed.

  • Rock Climbing
  • Rock Shooting (Shooting over a rock)
  • Frog Jumping
  • Rock boosting
  • Resetting
  • Spawn Killing
  • Any AA Commands
  • Head Stacking
  • Artillery
  • Overuse of :h
  • Exploits, such as but not limited to, HBE or LS

There are some rules however that require more in-detail explanations, such as but not limited to: teaming regulations, permissions about latecomers, and maximum Practice Raid delay times.

  • Any latecomers to any combat-based event are not allowed, however if someone has to leave during the event they may be swapped out with other available personnel, and given the specific person’s KOs/Kills.

  • The maximum time an event such as a PR may be delayed is ten minutes, otherwise after the ten minutes the event must start, and any latecomers are subject to the rule stated above.

  • Spawn killing is defined as shooting into a section of spawn where no member of the other team has fired a round. If one person shoots, the entire section loses their immunity until they leave the spawn or all die. People who die, respawn and come back whilst there is no immunity are still not immune, the entire section must be cleared of soldiers by way of death for immunity to be restored.

  • A timer rule for bunker or spawn must be imposed. Once at least half of a team is inside of a spawn, or bunker, a timer will start. Ten minutes for bunker, Fifteen for spawn. Once the timer is up, the team on bunker or spawn must leave it. For bunker, the team may not return to bunker until a period of 5 minutes has passed. For spawn, after the Fifteen
minute period has passed, people in spawn must push out. To compensate for this, the opposing team MUST return to the top of main hill.

  • Members of the Joint Chiefs of Staff are always allowed to play in PRs, divisional or field army based events in their respective branches. Members of Headquarters are allowed to play in divisional events they oversee if both parties do not disagree, otherwise they may join.

The following are repercussions to breaking any of the rules stated above:

  1. On First offences, the person will be “RE’d”
  2. On Second offences, the person will be “RS’d”
  3. On Third offences, the person will be removed from the match.

Note, this applies to a single person and not the entire team.

  • If someone gains a kill while a rule is being broken, even if it is their first offence they will lose however many kills they gained. Example: Person A rock climbs and kills Person B and Person C. The level of punishment would be given based on the above rules, but if it is their first offence, they will lose two kills.

  • Please do note, that these rules are subject to change at any time by members of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, or Supreme Command.
