  1. All land officially owned by a user can only be edited by that user.
  2. Government officials or law enforcement are not permitted to edit another user’s property without direct permission from Emperor, Deputy Emperor, or a member of the Empire’s Commission.
  3. No user is allowed to take anything from another person’s property without permission from that user.
  4. Assets in a user’s property may only be seized by Government officials or law enforcement if the user has been convicted of a crime.
  5. A user has the right to make their property private, meaning no user can enter without the property owner’s permission.
  6. This bill must be enacted before April 1, 2019.
  7. A government official or law enforcement member may get a permit to search the house from the Emperor, Deputy Emperor, or a member of the Empire’s Commission.
