Adorations! [The Intro]
It is with great pleasure to introduce our applications hub, which opens up every month to willing applicants who think they have what it takes to become a MR at Vanilla Cafe and Bakery. We hope that you are here today to become one of our future MR’s or HR’s if you work REALLY hard. Remember, we are cheering you on, and encouraging you to become the best you can be here at Vanilla! Let’s get into a few things, though.
How the Internship Process works?
You as an individual will first take the quiz below, and explain your case on the only 3 questions here!
Next, you will have to join the staff group, where us MR claim trainings, have meetings, and do other confidential things that you cannot be told of unless granted access into the group.

Afterwards, you will have to do this for your internship:
- Option 1 - Instantly take the 30 question Internship Processing quiz and get AT LEAST 20 questions right. You have to use the MR handbook for the answers.
It’s all on you about how responsibility you’ll take on in order to get the role.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for people that are currently:
- In the group as a Customer - Head Barista, as of now MR+ can apply for a higher position than they already are.
GROUP LINK IF NEEDED: (Vanilla Cafe and Bakery - Roblox) - Somewhat active to an extent, meaning that you’ve been in the game at least once.
- People willing to read a big handbook on the internship and rules.
- And lastly, someone who is active. Whoever is active will be able to receive many promotions throughout their time with us.
BASELINE RULES [PLEASE READ THIS AS IT’S ESSENTIAL TO YOUR PASSING]
As a MR at Vanilla, rules are a huge foundation for those who are on the MR team. Please remember the following:
- Don’t get discouraged if you fail, it’s all part of the process.
- There’s not always a right answer, just pick what resonates with you.
- Tell us about yourself on the wall, it will REALLY boost your chances of getting picked in the applications.
- MAKE SURE TO JOIN THE STAFF GROUP AFTER YOU ARE DONE APPLYING.
- Continue being active, it can also boost your chances.
- Don’t forget, you still have an internship after this.

Note:
Groups like Avatar Ranking, Clothing Stores, Hangout Groups, and other general things that aren’t cafes and bakeries DO NOT count.
I don’t want to see: “I was a ranker at --✿-Avatar Rankers__-✿- and a designer at --Starlight’s Outlet-- a while ago.” That isn’t a group that will benefit you here.

Organization is nice too! Make sure to keep your questions and answers easy to read, and to also remember we judge by quality over quantity. Writing 6 long sentences that are useless and take up space isn’t going to get you the job.
