The bug happens all the time. This is due to dead links that were supposed to redirect to the old wiki, however, since the old wiki is deleted, it now redirects to developer.roblox.com.
Steps to Reproduce
Go to the Develop page, and click on one of the following items in the list above (example: Decals)
For this example, click on “Don’t know how? Click here”.
The bug happens on the Develop page on the Roblox website.

This bug started happening ever since developer.roblox.com came out, and replaced the old wiki, and is across all platforms that have a web browser.
I checked that link when I was searching for articles. Yeah, it covers more on Studio than website uploads, so it wouldn’t fit well being linked in the website.
