Vault Explorer’s Menpo Mask has a improperly named Handle

Reproduction Steps
Wear Vault Explorer’s Menpo Mask in any game in R15

Expected Behavior
Item should have a MeshPart named handle under the accessory object

(Another item as an example)

Actual Behavior
Due to the handle being named improperly in R15 it spawns way below you which can cause problems various issues

You can see I’m very far from the thumbnail camera while wearing it.
