Does Roblox currently support Vector Image Files?
As of right now, they only allow raster graphics file formats: PNG, JPEG, TGA, and BMP.

What exactly you mean by Vector Images support?
You can save them by png or jpg. That shouldn’t be problem.
He means SVG support. SVG’s are better for simpler shapes since that:

They tend to take less space (and therefore faster loading);
-
They don’t get blurry or lose quality no matter how you scale them up.
