VectorForce Drifting

yes i have tried other devforum solutions and they do not work

I’m trying to make a moving ship using VectorForce and AngularForce.

Essentially, when the ship is moving forward and stops, it continues forward.
Or if the ship turns after going forwards, it’ll keep that forwards momentum, mocking a “drift”.

I’ve tried using another VectorForce to cancel out the momentum but isn’t effective and doesn’t tackle problem #2.

Any ideas?
