Vehicle UVMap Decal method creates clipping forms that remove parts of the UV

Hi, I’m having issues when applying decals to UV-mapped vehicles. On certain areas (especially curved parts or UV seams), decals generate strange clipping artifacts that look like they erase parts of the base UV texture (see image).


Expected: Decals overlay smoothly on top of the mesh without cutting or removing UV zones.
Actual: Decals create irregular shapes that overwrite parts of the UV, breaking the design.

Is this a known limitation of decals on meshes?
Any advice on how to avoid this (UV adjustments, different methods like SurfaceAppearance or Texture)?
