Vehicles and Players falling through terrain

Hello!

About 15 hours ago, we started to get bug reports about players falling through the map with their vehicles and characters.
It seems to happen at specific places on the terrain, both with vehicles and with characters.

Game: Emergency Hamburg - Roblox

As you can see in the Videos, the players and vehicles are falling through places where there is clearly terrain.

The games tries to teleport the players above the terrain after they fell to low, but it still heavily impacts the user experience.

I think somethings happening with terrain because there is a giant black grid on it that wasn’t there two days ago

We’ve just turned off some of the recent changes related to Terrain. Please let us know if that solves the issue or the issue still exists for you.

I am not sure if the issue has been fixed, i still got 2 bug reports after this.
Do the game servers have to be shut down for the fix to be active?

No, it should not affect the servers. The client needs to get restarted.
