I have no clue if theres a reliable fix to this or not, but has anyone got suggestions on how to negate or even stop this? If you shoot the puck on an AI the puck reacts normally, no wonky physics bugs, etc. Whenever you shoot on a player goalie, it makes the puck entirely forget how to be a puck and it goes under them, lifting the goalie. (goalie being shot on gets ownership of the puck, and the server does if theres an AI in net)
I’ve printed it as that was my theory too, the goalie does in fact gain ownership. However, the puck still does this. I’ve 0 clue as to why it should either.
It would be worse than giving it to the server. The point of giving it to the goalie is to have better simulated physics whilst making a save. Giving it to anyone else would make goaltending really annoying and luck based.
