10/19/24
The game has now been released for a week or two now, and we have about 39 PLAYS! Which is huge, considering the plays my other games have gotten. Thank you so much for the plays on the game! Seriously, it means a lot. But for the time being, I am going to begin a new project that pushes my boundaries and forces me to learn more. What do I mean? A non-horror (WHAT?!), multiplayer (NO WAY), console and mobile support (THIS IS CRAZY) Roblox game. And hopefully I could get some monetization out of a game! Thank you so much for supporting Ventilation!
9/15/24
Most of game is completed. The main “Idea” for a “Chapter 1” of sorts is completed and set in stone, now I need to make the finale. The CHASE SCENE! Originally, I was going to painstakingly manually hard-code the directions for the monster to take. But, knowing it would have to take turns and follow the players that took a wrong turn, I decided to just make it simply chase the player, which isn’t nearly as time consuming. The monster is horrifying though, the animation is from Mixamo and is super scary, especially for this model. I hope this game gains some traction and hopefully I can continue working on a full series.

Happy last day of September! Best month upcoming, and might be the release month for Ventilation! I will be uploading a teaser trailer for Ventilation later today, and maybe a gameplay trailer later this week. Look for those on my YouTube, Weirdo3. This trailer was made IN-ROBLOX, not in blender or anything. It’s not great but will hopefully gain some attention. That’s the hope, at least. I’m also thinking of switching the creator of the game to Y-KNOT.
9/30/24
Huge progress on ventilation. May be ready for playtesting later today! I added some music for the chase scene, and made it loop nicely. I also finished the ending/credits, and added badges! I also fixed a bug issue where proximity prompts could show up through walls. I played the entire game this morning and it seemed to work great. Just a couple untested things I need to tweak (ending door not opening after chase is executed, etc.) but other than that we are ready to go folks!
