:pushpin: Greetings! On behalf of Verde’s Public Relations Department, we are enthralled that you’ve taken an interest in establishing an affiliation with our establishment.

:bulb: Applicants who do not meet our requirements but satisfy our other conditions may apply for an exception before officially applying for affiliation.

Application Informative:

  • Applications are to be submitted on a Google Document to any available member of Verde’s Public Relations Department via Direct Messages.
  • As of June 24th, 2023, our affiliate applications are currently open and our Public Relations Department is actively looking for new affiliations to form.
  • If your group has previously been terminated or blacklisted by Verde’s Public Relations Department, you will be expected to reach out to the department lead, CoolDudeBeBoss, to further discuss the matter.

Application Requirements:

Verde’s Public Relations Department has established a set list of requirements that is expected to be met by all of our affiliates. Likewise, please ensure that your group meets these requirements prior to submitting an alliance application. It is important to note that the criteria listed below are subject to change over time and are not final.

  • Should have a minimum group member count of 10,000 non-botted members.
  • Discord server should have at least 1,000 server members — excluding server bots.
  • Applicants are expected to have a good reputation and have no negative history.
  • Ranks with administrative powers, including MR+ ranks, are to not be sold.
  • Expected to be able to support a mutually benefitting two-way partnership.
  • Activity and professionalism within your group’s operations is crucial.

In the event that you do not meet these requirements, you may submit an exception request to see if you can be exempted from certain requirements. Furthermore, it is not guaranteed that the request will be accepted as Verde’s Public Relations Department reserves the right to deny any exception requests received.

Alliance Expectations:

Besides our alliance requirements, Verde’s affiliates are expected to satisfy and meet certain expectations. Upon successful affiliation and the establishment of a partnership, your group will be expected to meet these expectations. Please note that these expectations are subject to change over time and are not final.

  • Your group should be able to maintain a satisfactory amount of activity through all your facilities including your group games, Discord server, and hosted events.

  • Members of your community will be expected to adhere to the guidelines and regulations established throughout all of our facilities on any of Verde’s premises.

  • The representatives you send to represent on behalf of your corporation will be expected to maintain activity and complete as well as fulfill any posted requests.

  • During the affiliation, your group should not be involved in any drama or scandals. If so, disciplinary action will be issued as necessary by our department.

Affiliate Application:

If you still wish to apply after reviewing our requirements and expectations, you will be expected to submit your application to any member of our Public Relations Department via Direct Messages on a Google Document. We ask that you utilize grammar and answer each question to the best of your ability to maximize your chances of passing. As aforementioned, if you do not meet our requirements, please submit an exception request prior to applying for affiliation.

  2. Why is your group interested in forming a partnership with Verde?

  3. What makes your group stand out compared to others?

  4. How will your group be able to support a mutually benefitting two-way partnership?

  5. On a scale of 1-10, how active is your group currently? Please explain this rating.

  6. Do you agree to adhere to the requirements and expectations outlined in this document?

  7. Please provide us with the Roblox and Discord username of your group’s primary contact. We will forward the results to them accordingly and direct any questions or concerns we may have to them.

  • You can expect to receive results within a week after submission. They will be forwarded to the primary contact listed on the application. Should this need to be modified, please reach out swiftly.
