Verification badge re-grants aren't possible through official way.

According to the Verified Badge FAQ you are able to request to re-enable your badge if you lost it to non-policy violation reasons (I had mine removed due to updating my 2FA). You are instructed to contact customer support to request the badge re-grant. However, there is no official category for this, so you have to choose a random section. Due to this I’ve gotten my tickets ignored, been given back info completely unrelated to my issue, sent the same exact Verified Badge FAQ back, and I’ve even been left waiting 20 days after being told they were reviewing it and would respond back within 24 hours.

With support being unable to do what the FAQ states they’re supposed to do I’m inclined to think this is either a bug or a weird oversight and I have no clue what to do to get my verified badge back now as I didn’t receive it during the last wave even when I still qualified through the official requirements. At this point any help would be amazing as the loss of my checkmark is greatly affecting my UGC sales, and sorry for having to resort to reporting this as a bug, cause at this point this has to be a bug.

Expected behavior

I expect customer support to either provide an actual section for badge re-grants, or at the very least, understand what is being requested and follow what they are supposed to do according to Roblox’s own FAQ.

Yup, I was told many times that support doesn’t seem to have any idea what you’re talking about when asking for the badge back. Seems like they put that in the FAQ, but just never trained support for the situation.
