Verification email is never sent when changing verified email

I made the account RedMantaStudio yesterday and verified it to my work email. Today we set up a shared email and I tried to change the account’s email to that one, but after several attempts I’m not receiving any verification email.

Stupid questions but did you check your spam and what’s the email provider?
