Info:
On september 14th, I lost my verification badge, because I lost access to my old authenticator app. I got a new phone (Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro → Iphone 16 Pro) and because of that had to reset my 2FA.
Issue:
Roblox Support took 2 days just to say “We will get back to you in 24 hours”. Then after another 3 days, they said AGAIN “We will get back to you in 24 hours”. After another 2-3 days, they asked me whether I was satisfied with the support. This leads to the question: what support? I have tried sending an email multiple times, and also gotten back some pointless articles about how the verification badge is invite-only, and I cant just ask for it.
My expectations:
Roblox looks through my request, sees I lost the verified badge due to 2FA change, and grants it back. I have never seen Roblox support be this useless before. Hopefully
