Verified Only filter is completely broken when browsing applicants for a job post

When looking through applicants on the Employer Portal, the Verified tag for creators doesn’t work as expected with the following issues:

  • Verified Only is set by default, but this isn’t made clear unless the Filter menu is opened
  • Only 10 applicants are visible when first loading the Employer Portal for a job and scrolling does not load additional applicants
  • Verified status of applicants is invisible from a glance; must go to the applicant’s Creator Page to view status
  • Changing sorts (ex. Relevance → Newest to Oldest) enforces the Verified Only setting, but displays no applicants because they are believed to be Unverified
    • This can be confirmed by turning Verified Only off, displaying all applicants in the Applied tab again regardless of their Verification status
    • Verification status can be confirmed by viewing applicant’s Creator Page as previously mentioned

For privacy purposes, I’m not including screenshots on the public report but have included screen capture footage of the above issues in the private content for staff.

Expected behavior

I expect:

  • What filters are active to be visible without having to open the Filter menu by default
  • Applicants to have their Verification status visible at a glance
    • Side note: The “Seeking work type” filter doesn’t have that information listed on any applicants cards despite being an option to filter by. This information would be useful to see at a glance as well.
  • The list should respect Verification status if it attempts to apply a Verified Only filter
  • Loading in more than 10 applicants on first load

This happens to me as well. Posts are also completely unorganized, with the top post being from Last Month then 3 weeks, etc.

Hey @herfave_wastaken, we have released a fix for the verified only filter on job applications. As for your other suggestions, we will keep them in mind as we continue to make improvements to the Talent Hub. Thanks for the report!
