Version History shows GMT for the Time

The Bug
When configuring any game’s Version History, it will show the “Created” time as GMT, instead of your local timezone.

Here is a photo showing the incorrect time. As you can see, 9:25PM hasn’t happened yet for me. (I’m CST)

This has been happening on every game I tried, 100% of the time.
I’m using Google Chrome on Windows 10.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Pick any Game
2. Click “Configure Start Place”
3. Go to “Version History”
4. Look at the times of when you last updated.

(If you haven’t recently updated a game, go ahead and do that and then go through the steps)
