[TRAINER] Hello and welcome to today’s training! I am [NAME] your trainer today!

[TRAINER] Alongside me is our shadow for today! He/She will now introduce themselves.
Hello, I am [NAME], the shadow for today!
[TRAINER] Before we start, I will go over some information that will be key for your success in today’s training.
[TRAINER] You can only get up to (3) III grammar mistakes in this training, succeeding any more mistakes and you will be dismissed from today’s training.
[TRAINER] There will be (4) IV parts in today’s training, including greetings, trolling simulator, exploiting simulator, orders and trivia.
[TRAINER] There will be (10) IO points that you will be able to achieve in today’s training, 1 point for greetings, 2 for the trolling part, 2 for the exploiting part, 2 in orders and 3 in trivia.
[TRAINER] Trainees need (5) V points to get the “Junior Barista” role.
[TRAINER] Junior Baristas need (7) VII points to get the “Senior Barista” role.
[TRAINER] Senior Baristas need all correct answers to get the “Lead Barista” role.
[TRAINER] That’s all the information, before we start do you have any questions? An answer is mandatory.

[TRAINER] Great, without further ado, let’s begin! I wish you the best of luck.
[TRAINER] Our first part of the training is welcoming customers.
[TRAINER] When you welcome customers, you always need your greeting.
[TRAINER] Your greeting should include “Welcome to Verve, what would you like?” as a base, add extra bits to your greetings if you wish.
[TRAINER] A greeting example could be: 
Hello and welcome to Verve, I am Emma and I will be serving you! What can I get you? Menu is above you.
[TRAINER] After your greeting the customer will order, once they have chosen their desired order, you will ask them if they would like anything else with that.
[TRAINER] Remember that the maximum amount that you can order is (3) III items, so if they have already ordered at the maximum, you don’t need to ask.
[TRAINER] Once you have been told their whole order, you must tell them to wait there whilst you make their order.
[TRAINER] When you come back with their final order, hand it to them using the hand-to guide and wish them a good day!
[IF THERE IS A SHADOW]
[TRAINER] My shadow will now pretend to be a customer, and you will serve him/her. Remember all your lines!
[TRAINER] You don’t need to make the order that my shadow requests to you, just say something like prepares order and come back.

[TRAINER] I will now pretend to be a customer, and you will serve me. Remember all your lines!

[TRAINER] Amazing work! Now we will go onto the trolling simulation. I will troll, you are to present me with your greeting and serve me as a normal customer.
[TRAINER] I will then troll more, you must warn me (3) III times and then say -Calls HR± and step back.
[TROLL, DON’T BE TOO DISTRACTIVE]
[TRAINER] Amazing work! Now we are moving onto our final simulation, which is the exploiting simulation.

[TRAINER] The shadow will now be exploiting, remember that exploiters DON’T get any warnings. Just step back and say: -calls HR±

[TRAINER] Also, your greeting isn’t needed.
