Yeah, so this is the “reactor” room of my game. Just behind it is the facility operations room which contains the activation button for the core.

Cool! Maybe give a little more context of the game itself, just for those curious (or for free advertisement, haha).
well, it’s a game where, once I figure out about 99.9% of the scripting, will be a fully detailed, furnished, operational power plant with scientists, engineers, and visitors that maintain proper reactor core temperature. There will also be other machines that you can play around with and have fun with friends, (similar to Innovation Inc. and Pinewood Builder) if you’ve ever heard of those.
I think the lasers looks great but although the tip of the laser looks like a pencil. I feel like the laser’s placement is a little off and the room is pretty dark, I suggest adding some neon lights.

This is a decent start, however, I see several things that you can improve to bring it from a decent start to a great one.
To begin with, what style are you going for? A brutalist industrial theme, or a semi-futuristic clean-looking theme? Based on your current design, it’s not exactly easy to tell what you’re going for.
To solve this, personally, I’d recommend utilizing more materials within your design. For example, you can utilize metal on the lasers, along with the specular lighting effect, to help make them pop at a higher detail level. Additionally, I’d recommend using something like concrete for the walls if you wish to have a more industrial look, as opposed to the existing Plastic or SmoothPlastic.
Finally, I’d recommend adding some windows, or at the very least, some railings between where the user is standing and where the lasers are located. This will both provide a measure to prevent people from either falling into the pit or being pushed in, on top of providing some extra details.
