Overview
Here at Vezye’s Graphics, we strive to provide high-quality graphic art at fast speeds to our clients. We’ve created a handbook that is recommended to read if you are thinking about ordering a graphic or joining our community. Listed below are links to other parts of our handbook; including rules, information, and guides.
Community Information
Ordering Graphics
If you are thinking about ordering a graphic, read through ALL of this information as it is completely necessary. Failure to do this could result in a cancellation of your order. Please remember that you can only order when the request center is open.

Do not make any form of payment unless you are instructed by a staff member to do so. Additionally, refusing to pay will result in an immediate blacklist.

Refunds are unavailable unless you discuss it with a Director+.

Please be mindful that there will most likely be others requesting a graphic at the same time as you. Your order may take up to a week to process.

If you do not have the funds in place for your order, we will hold it back for up to one week. After that, it will be deleted.

Each graphic order will result in a rankup in our group which can lead to discounts for any future orders.

When requesting a graphic, be as specific as possible when you describe it to us. You wouldn’t want to be given something that you don’t like. If your order is very big or specific, please PM it to Vezye once your order has been confirmed.

If Vezye makes something that you don’t like, you will have to pay a remake fee of 50 Robux per graphic that you want to be redone.

A few examples are showcased in our handbook for your viewing pleasure, and so that you can get a preview of Vezye’s work before you create an order. Examples will be updated regularly so that we can provide recent work.

Blacklisting
If you were blacklisted, or want to know how not to become a part of the blacklist; read through this information. At Vezye’s Graphics, you can be blacklisted for the following reasons:
- Refusing to pay the prerequisite or graphics payment.
- Cancelling your order last minute.
- Refusing to respond to staff.
- Breaking community rules.
- Creating fake orders or trolling orders.
- Anything else deemed viable for a blacklist.
If you were unfortunately blacklisted, we’ve created an appeal form that you can fill out via our Request Center game. The answers have been provided below in case you want to prepare for the appeal. Make sure to be very descriptive in your appeal so that it has a higher chance of being accepted. Grammar is not required.
- What were you blacklisted for?
- Why should we accept your appeal?
- How will you benefit from being blacklisted?
- Do you understand that repeating your actions may result in you being blacklisted again?
Alliances
This section is currently a work in progress and will be updated in the future.
Ranking Guide
Wonder what each of our ranks mean? Want to know how to get a promotion in the group? Read this tab because we have all the information that you need. Below is a list of all of Vezye’s Graphics’ ranks and how to achieve them.
- Supporter - Automatically given to members once they join the group.
- Client - A Supporter who orders once.
- Frequent Customer - Former Administrators and also those who order twice. Frequent Customers get a 10% discount on all orders.
- Respected Customer - Former Directors and also those who order three or more times. Respected Customers get a 20% discount on all orders.
- Business Partner - Alliance representatives. If you’d like to ally with Vezye’s Graphics, visit the Alliances tab. Business Partners get a 35% discount on all orders.
- Intern - New staff members once they pass an application. Interns undergo a seven day trial period.
- Administrator - Staff members who manage orders, customer service, and blacklist appeals.
- Director - Group executives who manage external or internal relations. Our two current Directors are aphricate and hvaiIi.
- Vezye - Given to the owner of the group!
