The idea
A roleplay/hangout for a group of up to 10 friends where they can have fun in a big seaside villa with tons of activities and fun things to do!
What needs to be done
The interior and exterior walls, living area, bathrooms and decorations in the bedrooms. an outside BBQ area and a pool, with a little hut ( which is going to be a gamepass ) along with the ground and a mini beach area.\
What has been done
the layout of the villa along with the kitchen furniture and and some of the living area furniture along with the wallpaper and all of the doors in the villa.

So far, it looks very good! I really like the idea of having a seaside next to the villa so friends can visit the seaside at anytime!

It’s a good concept, it does need a lot of work done to make it be a good experience to hang out.
I’d recommend you hire a scripter to script some of the activities for you.
To find scripters, I’d recommend you look at the portfolio section of the collaboration category.
I would hire a scripter if I had the robux, but the activities are going to be simple things like volleyballs and bondfires and etc which I think I could handle by myself. thank you for the feedback !
I see the style you are going for and you have done a great job. The walls seem to be a little bland. The lighting is a little bit to bright for me.
