Vibration feedback does not work on DualShock/DualSense gamepad at PC

There is no vibration response when performing actions on game when playing via DualShock/DualSense gamepad.
We repriduce this bug at Playgrounds Basketball - Roblox and Arm Wrestle Simulator - Roblox 🥊 Boxing Beta! [HALLOWEEN] - Roblox Controller Vibrations Check! - Roblox

Platform: PC
Repro Frequency: 100%
Reproduction Steps:

  1. Launch the game
  2. Make sure that the DualShock/DualSense gamepad is connected
  3. Perform the actions specified in the Description
  4. Pay attention that there is no vibration response

Expected behavior

Vibration feedback works on the dualshock/dualsense gamepad

STILL ongoing after 4 months. Please fix this. We depend on haptic feedback for one of our accessibility options.

Any update?

This also applies to the Dualsense controllers as well which is quite annoying given that it’s fairly recent controller.
